Terms and Conditions
Delivery Information
Deliveries to the UK will be by the postage service selected on the checkout page.
We always ship by recorded delivery and we will email you the tracking number when
your order is dispatched. Your order will normally reach you within 3 days
of dispatch.
International Orders
Any international orders will be packed with an accurate customs declaration. You
must pay any customs or import duties. We recommend that you contact your local
customs office for advice if necessary. Please email
sales@giftwarewales.co.uk if you have any questions about shipping.
Postage Rates
Postage rates depend on the weight of your order, the country we are shipping to
and the service selected. The postage charges will be shown on the
checkout page before you enter your card details.
VAT
All order shipped to the European Union have VAT (Value Added Tax) added at the
UK rate of 17.5% where appropriate (children's clothing does not have VAT added).
Orders
shipped outside of the EU will not have VAT added.
Billing
All orders are charged to your credit card in UK pounds sterling. We will add the
option of paying in Euros or US dollars shortly.
Returns
You have 7 working days after receiving your goods to return any item for exchange or a full refund for any reason. Such items must not be used or worn and must be returned
in the original packaging with any labels intact. If the item is faulty we will
refund your shipping costs and the cost of returning the goods, but we will not
refund shipping costs if the goods are not defective and are as described on the
web-site. Please contact sales@giftwarewales.co.uk
for advice before returning any items. This does not affect your legal rights.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned earrings. We
cannot accept returns for any items that have been personalised for you either.
The Order Process
After placing your order you will be directed to the WorldPay secure payment server
to give your credit card details. When we have received your order we will send
you an email to confirm your order details. You should read this carefully and notify
us straight away of any mistakes. When we have dispatched your order we will email
you again to let you know the tracking number for your package. You should normally
receive your order within 3-5 days of placing it. If for any reason your order will
take longer than 28 days we will notify you straight away and give you the option
of cancelling your order or waiting for it to arrive.
